Planning Focus Committee Meeting Minutes

Committee Members Present:

Chairman Aaron Ferguson called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.  Agenda was approved as written.  Roll call sheet was passed out.

Survey results for Summer Conference – Erin passed sheets containing questions and answers to the survey results to the committee.

Bids for 2008 Location -  Erin is going to re-negotiate with a couple of hotels and there will be an email vote by committee members (See minutes of Annual Meeting Task Force, Sept. 10, 2007).

Farm Family Task Force -  No report.

C-2000 Task Force – Jannifer Powelson reported the task force had met in May, sent out a survey.  The task force has not went over the survey results yet.  Mike Rahe reported that IDOA did take a few suggestions and incorporate them into the FY08 2000 guidelines.

Technical – No report.

Building Task Force – Rich Nichols is supposed to be taking care of this.

Erin asked committee members to be thinking of a good motivational speaker before the December Quarterly Board meeting.

The meeting adjourned at 1:40 p.m.
