The meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm. by Chairman Aaron Ferguson.
The Agenda was approved as printed with a motion by Darrell Roegge, second by Kenny Vosholler.  Motion carried.

Minutes
A motion was made by Jake Klein, second by Darrell Roegge to approve the Planning Focus Committee minutes of December meeting.

An Annual Meeting and Awards task force update was given by Aaron Ferguson.

2008 Annual Meeting

• The Barbeque will be cancelled for Tuesday.
• There will be no auction this year.
• The schedule was revamped.  A draft schedule is being sent to all task force members.

Chris Davis gave a short IEPA report.

Bill Lewis and Troy Daniels from NRCS talked briefly on the Local Work Groups.

The meeting adjourned at 1:45 pm.
