The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m.
Agenda was approved.
The task force listened to a report from Marie Bunting on the tentative auxiliary program.
Erin reported that the Hilton Hotel was willing to scratch the old contract and start fresh, but this must be done before the end of the month.
The contract needs to be signed for the Inspirational Service. The total is $582.00. Marie committed the auxiliary to helping with the cost of the Inspirational Service.
Erin reported the Forestry Committee still wants their session if they can. The Forestry Committee will pay for the speaker. Monday afternoon is a possibility.
A facilitator is needed for Monday morning. Possibilities suggested included: Gwen Pollock, State Board of Education; Kim St. John, Prairie Rivers RC&D; David King, Prairie Hills RC&D.
Erin will contact the Barbeque people and cancel the barbeque for Tuesday.
Other sessions were discussed. Cindy said she felt the employees would like to have some sessions, but the Co-chairs would have to give specifics.
The schedule was revamped somewhat. Erin will send out a draft to task force members.
Monday:
12:15 – 1:30 – Luncheon
1:45 – 3:30 – Planning Session Follow-up
3:45 – Forestry and any other sessions employees group or insurance group might want to have

It was decided a task force that included past leaders should be developed to work on specific sessions. Task force possibilities included: Karen Steele, Rudy Rice, Larry Shelts, Cindy Moon, Jill Ketter, Annyce Winters, Erin Pate, Stacy Stremsterfer.
