December Quarterly Board Meeting

The Planning Focus Area Committee met at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 8, 2008.

The agenda was reviewed.
Motion:  It was moved by Darrell Roegge, seconded by Jake Klein, and passed to approve the agenda for the Planning Committee.  Motion carried.

Minutes of the September 2008 Planning Committee meeting were reviewed.
Motion:  It was moved by Jake Klein, seconded by Darrell Roegge, and passed to approve the September 2008 Planning Committee meeting minutes.  Motion carried.

The committee was updated on the Annual Meeting and Awards task force meeting held at 10:00 a.m. for those who were not in attendance.

Josh Joseph reported he had missed the task force meeting, but would like to ask the Association to consider having a employee training during the Annual Meeting.  Stacy will check on room availability.

Registration – Leave the same amount as last year.
Motion:  It was moved by Jake Klein, seconded by Phil Fossler, and passed to hold the registration fee the same as last year.  Motion carried.

The Planning Committee adjourned at 1:40 p.m., and moved to the Communications Committee meeting for input.
