Jim Todd called the meeting to order at 8:06 a.m.

Jim Todd explained to the group the purpose of the conference call was to discuss and vote on changing the date of this year’s summer conference.

Stacy Stremsterfer reviewed the original dates of the conference was July 27-28th and the new dates would be the week earlier. It was noted that when the Executive Committee met via teleconference they approved the date change to July 24-25th. After the call the hotel was contact to confirm dates before the board met today and the 25th was already booked. Therefore, the dates to be considered for this year’s conference were July 23 - 24, 2009. Discussion was held.

Motion by Darrell Roegge to move the dates for the 2009 conference to July 23 - 24, 2009 and seconded by John Beckhart, MCVV.
